Calyx Manifold Dressing is non-toxic, will not burn like high temperature paints, and does not discolor over time. 

To use Calyx Manifold Dressing it is not necessary to remove the manifold. Simply:

1. Remove surface rust and dirt with a wire brush from cool manifold. Wipe clean.

2. Apply dressing with a toothbrush, rag, or finger to hard to reach places; apply to entire manifold(s).

3. If a shine is desired, buff to a shine with a fingernail brush.

4. Start engine- let engine run until it reaches operating temperature.

5. If manifold is off the car, for best results sandblast first, then follow above instructions.

6. Regardless of how clean your manifolds are, take your time and work Calyx down into the pores of the cast-iron. Use only enough to cover the area.

Very little maintenance is required. Calyx Manifold Dressing does not burn and is non-toxic. Store in a cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
